We provide all our billing, telephone support and general customer service from our Head Office in Belfast, but our field based team reaches far and wide meaning we are never to far away to visit our customers when required. HOW WE DO IT

Before we get too heavy into putting a proposal in place or getting into the available technologies, we first sit down with new clients for a chat over a coffee. We want to really get to understand their business, each department, each business process and each workflow. We want to understand what pains the customer is having due to weak technology, only from this can we ensure that we can offer the best possible fir telecoms solution.

Post the initial meetup our team will put together an initial findings document that will make the basis of a two way conversation between us and the client to home in on the optimum telecoms solution. As we have taken the time to really understand a prospective client’s business, the consultative process can move pretty quickly.
Once we have got all the information that we need and we have teased out all the customer ‘wants’ then we put together a comprehensive proposal document. This document will be very familiar to the client as it will contain all the points that have been discussed and how we can provide a B4B Telecoms solution to solve them.
